First through fifth grade students at Tustin Memorial Academy were treated to an anti-drug presentation by Orange County Deputy Sheriff Colin Dadd as part of their Red Ribbon Week activities. As part of Community Programs, studentsĀ are taught how to identify and know the negative effects of various forms of drugs. The students joined together in a pledge to stay drug-free by wearing brightly colored wristbands. A commitment of local Orange County Cities and local businessess help make Red Ribbon Week a success.
The Red Ribbon event was featured in The Tustin News on October 22, 2008.
