Citizen Emergency Preparedness Academy Recognized

The California Emergency Services Association has selected Crime Prevention Director Jan Sener’s Citizen Emergency Preparedness Academy (CEPA) as the recipient of their “Certificate of Special Recognition.” This award is presented to individuals and organizations for outstanding service in the Emergency Management field.
